Optima Medical is the best place to go for your medical needs. Caring staff and NP's and MA's. Stephanie Pettis is wonderful and answered all questions. She listenes to the person with compassion and respect. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my medical needs except for Optima Medical. I have told my family and friends about them. Optima Medical is the best place for medical needs. I needed refills of my prescriptions and they got me in the next day. They are wonderful and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is always welcoming, the facilities impeccable, but more importantly the care I receive is outstanding! Ms Pettis is always very personable and interested in me as a whole patient, not just another appointment to rush through. She takes the time to hear my concerns and formulates a plan of action. I appreciate the quality of care I receive from her and am thankful to have her as my PCM.
