I am not totally sure how this medical office is still operating but lord do better. Is that why Optima is always accepting new patients cuz you scaring off the ones you have? Maybe if you treated everyone the same instead of picking and choosing based on the insurance they have. You could keep patients coming back.
I left my previous provider because they didn't return a phone call for a simple request. I went to optima as a change and I loved it. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and listened to my family history and concerns. He took the time to address everything. I am so glad that I made the switch.
My annual visit and f/u on my blood drawn in the office 2 weeks ago!! All was done w professionalism by the tech(sorry didn't get her name) & the NP, Elizabeth Franco. The front clerk also is included w professionalism. All done within a timely manner,too! Very pleasant visit!
My visit to Optima was Excellent..I was nerves being new to their office..From,the moment I open the front door the whole staff was their to greet me.. Elizabeth Franco, FNP has been my PCP for years. She is thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The staff at Optima are friendly and helpful. I can't think of enough good things to say!
