I just moved to the area and was looking for new primary care. My son suggested Optima Medical. I stopped in and filled out the necessary paperwork and made my first appt. Checkin was easy. After a few minutes, my vitals were taken and an ekg done to establish a baseline. NP Stephanie came in and we discussed my history and treatment plan. Lobby always clean and comfortable. Knowledge staff at check-in desk. Pleasant technicians. Listens to my comments and acts accordingly. Never any issues. Happy to be recognized as a regular patient, makes me feel appreciated.

Hello, I saw Elizabeth Franco today. Went in for a valuation on my urine test on my kidneys. My phosphorus is a little high, so I'm gonna work on getting that down. I know what I should be eating. And what I shouldn't as usual. She told me everything on my blood test that I should watch out for super good doctor. Nancy
