Extremely irresponsible care. I came in with significant knee pain, and Dr. Valera ordered x-rays (which are typically ineffective for soft tissue issues) and scheduled me for a follow-up two weeks later—just to discuss physical therapy, before even considering an MRI. This made no sense, given my symptoms clearly warranted further imaging.
