I had my annual medical exam yesterday, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care I received. Taylor Price, PA, was exceptional. She was warm, professional, and took the time to listen carefully to all of my questions and concerns. My experience at optima -prescott has been very good. I'm super happy and excited about my experience there and really believe my doctor is listening to me. I haven't felt that in quite a while. For the first time in a long time I feel like the doctor is working with me and not against me. I'm excited about my future!
I want to start by saying that I have had no problems with the staff here, and I have generally been able to get appointments when needed. My issue is with the constant turnover and the need to repeatedly reestablish care. I suffer from migraines and rely on a prescription medication to manage them. Before coming here, I would see my doctor once a year, have my medication prescribed for the year, and that was it. Everyone in the office was very nice. The assistant who took me back was very professional and friendly. She smiled a lot. Set me at ease. I loved Brent Stewart. My first time seeing him and he was very knowledgeable. He is doing blood work that will be much more thorough than my last 4 nurse practitioners. He listened to me! He was not dismissive. A welcome relief.
It was a smooth and professional experience from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Tanner,Jessica, Aaron, and Veronica we’re all fantastic and made me feel very welcome and heard. Delighted to have found the practice.
