I am very displeased with the way I was treated at Optima Medical. To start off the receptionists were unwelcoming and very rude. I used to be a receptionist so I know how that is. It’s not hard to be nice. Then once I was in the room with the nurse she told me that they do not offer women’s care specifically pap smears and that they are not a gynecologist. They took me back to see a doctor and other people before I was finished filling out the forms. I got my needs taken care of and left before too long
From the moment I enter the office, my experience is always pleasant. Kinsey Bell and her assistant, Melissa, are efficient and friendly, never making me feel rushed. Kinsey takes her time with you and answers every question. I highly recommend Kinsey and the staff at OPTIMA MEDICAL.
