I was able to get a same-day appointment and was treated pleasantly by everyone from the reception staff to the medical team. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions, even some relating to a different condition. I didn’t feel like my visit was rushed nor that I was being talked down to. I’m very satisfied with Optima Medical as my family practice clinic.

The doctor listened to me. Did not try to put me on random medication. 10/10 recommend. Truly heard me and my concerns, did labs in house.
always have a great experience with Dr. Brent and his entire team. Dr. Brent is very professional, takes the time to listen, and genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is just as professional, friendly, and efficient. I’m consistently seen on time, which I really appreciate, and the overall level of care is outstanding. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor who truly listens and provides excellent care.
I wonder what the actual suicide rate is after dealing with this office. I’ve been asking them for 3 days to amend the false information their AI system placed in my doctor visit summary. I’ve been begging for three days to please take out the falsified information so I can pay my rent. I can not get disability and assistance with school when the paperwork says I am enrolled in school - I told Scott I had to drop out , so how is this still on my record that I attend school?
