I love that I’ll be able to take all my testing there at the office instead of going to each separate doctors office. They make it very convenient for an office visit. Either by telehealth over the phone, office visit or just a telephone call. Great Customer Service! Thank you Optima!
i like the doctor and the nurses they are really nice and respectful for my appointment. but the girls up front i dont know why but they give me mean girl energy. ive had to interact with them maybe 4 separate times and they make me uncomfortable when they rush me and hang up on me when i have a follow up question or if im just trying to get information. i plan to just find another doctor office since i dont feel comfortable with that kind of vibe and attitude when it comes to my health.
Our overall experience was nothing less than outstanding. The front desk staff was very attentive and courteous. We had a short wait time before seeing our doctor; who reviewed our test results with us and developed a workable plan to address our health needs.
Have been using this office for my personal care for 2 years now and its always great experience great help and feeling of kindness great health care and providers absolutely great medical staff absolutely amazing office staff
