Friendly staff. I was seen at my appointment time. Heike took the time to discuss and concerns. I did not feel rushed

Zobia W. is my father's PCP. She is excellent - very thorough in her assessments, good follow up, kind manner. He actually likes going there which is good for an 87 year old!
I have had a very bad experience with the billing department. I have been charged for appointments that are 100% covered by my insurance. Recently, I have received a call about my outstanding balance. I have confirmed with my insurance those have been paid. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I see others have complained and have an F rating due to failure to respond.
