Dr. Heike Hilker, was amazing. However, my EKG and lab work was done by Patricia who I found to be very insensitive. I asked about doing the blood work with a butterfly needle instead of the big needle she wanted to use. She totally refused because she used this big needle on everyone and insisted on using this needle. Next, she told me to move my hand and she tried with the big needle anyway.
