I have many health issues, Alyssa Walstrom was awesome. I really appreciated that she listened and helped me come up with a game plan to get back on track. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment at this office for great care and understanding
Appointment went well. In and out in a timely manner. All my needs were met and all the staff I was in contact with were knowledgeable and professional.
I had to go in today to see my PA. I was sad and kinda upset that my other PA had quit. But; I seen a new Gentleman,( I’ve seen him now three times.) He is very thorough, kind and made sure all of my questions were answered and all my needs were met as well. His assistant is very personable yet professional as well. My new Doctors name is Austin. Just starting going here at Optima because it's right across the street from where we live in Dewey. The receptionist out front are friendly, capable and informative. Didn't wait long to be seen and liked the assistant Jada, very knowledgeable of her position, friendly, caring and talks to you and let's you know what she's doing or going to do.
