This Optima Medical is fantastic. I have never had long wait times nor have I had any issues with scheduling of any kind. I have not dealt with any rude person here. The receptionists here are extremely helpful and Dr. Jeffrey Cox is such a great doctor! He is very thorough and very helpful with an amazing attitude/demeanor. I greatly appreciate his patience while addressing any of my questions and/or concerns with great detail. I absolutely love the staff here and the quality care. 🙂
