It’s very obvious from walking around here that this place is pretty spectacular. So this review is specifically about the staff and how I was treated in the last two months since I moved in. I have lived in several high-end luxury apartments and run a staff of about 60 people. I feel like I have a good sense of what ultimate guest service looks like. Lived here for a year…. over rated to say the least.
I lived at Optima Kierland for 7 years … after that time period it didn’t make sense to justify the amount paid, when nothing was changed or enhanced . Our gym equipment was not the same as other rental towers which had better equipment and we didn’t have access to other towers with tracks on the roof and Better gym equipment . The wet Saunas on the roof rarely functioned and Optima lost its luster for me over the years . It’s unfortunate but factual .
