Optima Kierland maintenance in 7140 are the best. A typical request never goes beyond hours. Regardless of the task, they are efficient and quick. ( usually resolve the issue in minutes ). They are the best of the best! Thank you Jim D
The lease signing was just fine because it’s the third or fourth time and I knew what to expect. The agreed increase was more reasonable than the original, so I was quite pleased. Optima Kierland is a great place to live so the lease was just a formality for us.
