We hired Leo and his team to build a roof over our exterior basement stairs. They were great from start to finish! He responded quickly and was able to come right out for a consultation. He and his team did an awesome job and he was great about checking in to make sure we were happy with how it was turning out. Would definitely work with him again!

Optima was amazing to work with. They were here early every morning. They got the job done with no problems. They delivered when they said they would, and Leo the owner kept in touch regularly. Leo refurbished a 1200 sq ft commercial unit for me. He removed some non-bearing walls, stripped a concrete floor of the old tile replaced the base boards installed a wood floor repaired any damaged walls restored and ready for final coat of paint. Installed ceremony tile in bathroom. He was always on time for meetings. He works hard and honest and lives up to his word.
