Optima was amazing to work with. They were here early every morning. They got the job done with no problems. They delivered when they said they would, and Leo the owner kept in touch regularly. Leo refurbished a 1200 sq ft commercial unit for me. He removed some non-bearing walls, stripped a concrete floor of the old tile replaced the base boards installed a wood floor repaired any damaged walls restored and ready for final coat of paint. Installed ceremony tile in bathroom. He was always on time for meetings. He works hard and honest and lives up to his word.
We had a flood in our bedroom and hall where we needed our baseboards ripped out and replaced. The work done was precise, well done, and I appreciated that it was double checked after everything was finished and dried. Will definitely be calling again to use their services. Communication was great and scheduling was easy! Thanks for all the hard work.
