absolutely thrilled with the work done by Optima Home Improvement! rom start to finish, they went above and beyond. They replaced all of my old carpeting with beautiful vinyl flooring—such a game changer! It looks so sleek and modern! The tile job in my bathroom is flawless.Not only did they handle the big jobs, but they also took care of various painting and repairs to the outdoor stairs, making everything look fresh and well-maintained. I Couldn't recommend a better contractor!
Leo and team made our conceptual idea (to convert our attic into a new floor making a master suite) into reality working closely with us and our architect. Optima worked very hard and efficiently, and did the utmost to do things as least disruptive to us as possible. The results were fantastic and we couldn’t be happier. Leo is a wonderful person to work with and he took the time to understand us and what we needed. Can’t wait to work with him again. Thanks Leo and Team!
Leonardo should be your go to home improvement guy. He and his team at Optima Home Improvement are super professional, super considerate and super responsible. Leo and his crew converted part of our unfinished basement into a beautiful bathroom and laundry area. The pictures show the wonderful job they did! The basement had low ceilings, but Leo made the place feel luxurious and spacious. The shower is particularly stunning, making us feel like we’re at a fancy hotel. I highly recommend Optima for any home improvement projects!
We’ve worked with Leo on multiple projects now and every time we’ve been satisfied. Not only is he extremely professional and friendly but he has continued to gain my trust and respect. The reason I emphasize that is because of one of our recent jobs with him that did not go so well at first. I had a project that I needed to be done quickly and Leo didn’t want to disappoint me so he hired some guys that did not do the greatest job.
