This company hasn't got a clue what they're doing all I need is the notes from when I had PT, was told a week ago they put them in mail nothing has came and the office is down the street from where I live then they said they will e-mail them to me right now so I wait a few hours and nothing so I call then it's I'm waiting for the case manager for some reason. All I want is the notes the physical therapist took while I had therapy.

I have an LVN who comes over twice a week. She is professional, detailed, and adjusts her treatment rightly according to circumstances. She can't be any better. Yet every so often my care has to be evaluated and certified by their resident RN and it is here that my care always takes a turn for the worse. I can't really say if this business is aware of the fact that this evaluation and treatment is done by a couple. We would like to post a review for Reza Lynn Bautista (Licensed vocational nurse ) She is very professional and knowledgeable with her nursing skills. And what a pleasant attitude and personality. She was very patient with my wife and took her time to make sure my wife was comfortable and had all her questions answered to the fullest.
