Do not go to the Crestline office. Juliet, who is supposedly managing the office is a rude condescending nightmare. She doesn’t know what she’s doing, but that’s forgivable. She’s the worst kind of person. She’s rude, and never admits she’s wrong about anything. My husband and I have been forgiving her ridiculous behavior for years. I love Dr. Tadros, but, I don’t think I can stand the lies about laws and blah blah blah anymore. Plus, there’s no possibility of talking to the doctor???? What?????
Every single doctor that I have seen here has been compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for 3 years and have always received the highest level of care from the reception to the physicians. Dr. Vicente Vazquez, Dr. Belen Sachs, and Dr. Pamela Zaldivar are all exceptional at what they do.
Appointment was at 11am! Waited over an hour just to get called in! They close at 12pm on fridays! Waiting in the lobby and Got called in after 12pm! Also majority of the staff is already leaving! This place is a joke. I would definitely not recommend unless you want to wait all by yourself in the entire building!
Dr. Vazquez deserves the highest praise for his exceptional medical care. From my first appointment, he exhibited a rare combination of expertise and genuine compassion. A+ Lake Arrowhead Group. Dr. Andro Sharobiem, MD and Kim Walker,FNP-C. They are exceptionally brilliant health care providers and they saved my life. Their nursing staff & front desk personnel are also A+ & very skilled, smart, knowledgeable, kind & patient. In all my years this is the BEST PLACE I've ever been for health care!
