Melissa has been so helpful with our new residents that need a new provider.
The Crestline office is a dump! It feels like you’re walking into a trailer. I was beginning to like the doctor, however you can’t get an appointment when you need one because the she’s only there once a week. The first thing about the place is how antiquated it feels. Every time you go you’re required to fill out poorly worded paperwork to update their files? If they would invest in a couple of iPads they’d save a lot of paper, confusion, data entry, and filing. Do not go to the Crestline office. Juliet, who is supposedly managing the office is a rude condescending nightmare. She doesn’t know what she’s doing, but that’s forgivable. She’s the worst kind of person. She’s rude, and never admits she’s wrong about anything. My husband and I have been forgiving her ridiculous behavior for years. I love Dr. Tadros, but, I don’t think I can stand the lies about laws and blah blah blah anymore. Plus, there’s no possibility of talking to the doctor???? What?????
