The entire staff at the Optum Crestline office has been superlative. Their patience and compassion for my elderly mother with dementia has been extraordinary. I don’t think I have ever seen another office that shows so much empathy for their patients. On top of that, they are extremely efficient and are the epitome of how a medical practice should operate (no pun intended).

I highly recommend the Crestline office. Dr. Tadros is wonderful and takes time to hear all the concerns. The staff is caring and highly competent. Great follow through and care.
