It’s disappointing to see how much this location has changed. This was once a store where customers could expect friendly service, professionalism, and a team that genuinely cared about getting things right. The previous management set a strong standard, and it was reflected in the customer experience. Since the change in management, that standard has clearly slipped. The staff are very helpful every time we come. They are efficient and very friendly helping us with our eyeglasses needs. Optima eyewear is our go-to place for our glasses. Would highly recommend.
