I am a new customer with Optima and just got my first pair from here in late May 2025. I was pretty happy with them. The customer service here is pretty good overall, in spite of what I'm about to say. About a month after I got them, I found something weird. After extensive communication regarding the fact that one of my lenses in my first pair had some weird 'pd' symbol awkwardly laser etched in the middle of the lens, I was promised that I would receive new lenses *without* any markings on them.
