I went to this office to get a root canal done. The dentist Dr. Shin, who was performing the surgery, went through the rig amore of getting me numb and trying to do the surgery 4 times before she came to the conclusion that it was a hot tooth. Which simply means that the infection in the tooth was fighting against the numbing medicine. I was so confused because they took x-rays before she tried to perform the procedure and you can obviously see that I had an infection.
