GREAT IN THE END! I recently engaged Optima Cleaners to deal with a difficult BBQ, Range Hood and Fridge. Initial engagement was excellent, giving great confidence. The quoting process however needs a little work, as we ended up with a few changes before getting started. In the end Asmit arrived right on time on the day as agreed, and got stuck right in. I feel like this company is a scam. The guy turned up 1hr late. Took 20min to start cleaning outside windows then didn't dry them, so they look dreadful. He couldn't take down the fly screens, then couldn't put it back. He couldn't take down the shudders. Then said he wasn't getting paid so stopped working without even doing 1 hour of work.
