I’ve been an owner for the past 2years and I can safely say this is the best Optima community location! I’ve moved from a newer optima community uptown and joined Optima Biltmore as it’s closer to my workplace, little I knew how easy everything is at a walking distance. The management is great and after a long wait we are finally finishing a brand new rooftop pool, they say it’s the highest high rise pool in AZ so I’m very excited!

So the pool never works, for years. Management is very unprofessional and rude.
