Optima were a breeze (no pun intended) to deal with. From sales to operations and then installation, all personnel were professional, courteous and efficient. From initial discussions to installation took no more than a week and a half for my new Daikin Multi Split system. Very happy with the end result.
As others have said, Optima are a fantastic company to deal with. They are very professional, punctual and respectful. They replaced and upgraded our old ducted heating unit under challenging conditions and we couldn't be happier with the end result. I fully recommend this company - exceptional service and value for money. Optima has been a fantastic company to deal with. From quote to initial to after care every step was professional, thoughtful, reasonable and punctual. They went over and above in installing my Brivis Add On Ice Unit. I cannot recommend them enough.
