Horrible management company with no accountability for its employees or contractors
I visited my family and had my kids go to the pool and hot tub (very briefly). A few days later, my 10 year old daughter is at the ER with a urinary tract infection most likely due to the uncleanliness of the pool and hot tub. Come to think of it, I never saw anyone in there cleaning or enforcing any rules. There was a 2 year old in the hot tub with her diaper on! I will never let my kids swim there again.
