The PT was fine. I needed to change an appointment and left a voicemail somewhere. They called me and said they didn't have a VM. I now have a $25 charge for an appointment that I left a voicemail for. I was told it probably went to the main office but no one notified them.
I had carpal tunnel surgery by Optim's Dr. Kamaleson (terrific!) and therapy afterward by Jenn Reilly (10+ stars!), hand therapy specialist at this location. Jenn is a fountain of knowledge about the human hand and worth every minute you spend with her after surgery. Thanks, again, Jenn, for all your help!
Casey and Alan were great getting my surgery knee(mpfl reconstruction) back to normal very quickly and would definitely recommend. Will for sure miss them and thank them for great dedication and being patient with the process!
