Surgery center and those affiliated with my care was impeccable. Everyone was helpful and great. Their billing / finance department could not possibly be worse. I never received an invoice, I only received cryptic text messages. I assumed the text messages were spam as I never received an invoice. I finally called the Optim location where I see my Dr. and they said, yes it was legit and the texts were from the Surgery Center. I had a really positive experience with this orthopedic practice from start to finish. From my very first appointment, the staff was welcoming, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process leading up to my surgery.
