Patient and caring: they listened to what I had to say about what I needed and addressed all of my concerns
I have nothing but good words for Dr. Heggerty and PA Scott. They care about their patients and do all they can to make my body comfortable because I suffer with severe pain in my back and lower body. I have been a patient of Dr. Joseph Heggerty since 2007 and I would not trade him for the world. Both he and Scott has the best bedside manners and they will do whatever they can to make their patients visits comfortable. Also the office staff and nurses also show compassion for their patients. All around GREAT experience as usual! If you have a doctor who bad Bedside Manner, like so many do today, consider Dr. Hegarty. ln my experience too many doctors are preoccupied listeners. In one ear, out the other, onto the next. Dr. H looks you in the eye when you speak and HEARS you. I respect that. Not to mention his Lovely staff! Always smiling and they know you by name. I respect that too. Doctor and staff that complement each other! Thank you ladies, you couldn't be sweeter!
