As a pianist with concert dates in January, I was pleased to have gotten a Dec appointment (carpal tunnel/trigger) with Dr Sutherland. Later I made several calls re a change in doctors, to a PA, my calls unanswered. But after considering great service a decade ago, Dr Kamaleson/Savannah, different hand, I appeared at Optim/Bluffton, a mere 7 minutes away, optimistic. NOW, days later my fingers are still numb after a painful shot in my vein; my thumb still trigerred. I'm outraged!!! L Smith-Haycraft
