I took my friend to her appointment to get her MRI and let me say one word RUDE. The nurse that was preparing for my friend to get her MRI was very un profesional and un patient I was gonna go in with my friend and she was even more rude about that. I can’t recall her name but she is white blond hair glasses and quite thin. My friend was not happy with her experience she had to pay out of pocket and still received the treatment and respect that the nurse gave us. Won’t be making appointments here in the future.

Very pleased with the help I received from the front desk. I needed my older MRI results on a disk and came in as they were getting ready to close. They were able to handle my request and were very courteous. Thanks you

You need to inform people BEFORE OR AT SCHEDULING that expecting mothers will need to provide their own pregnancy test before the MRI. No one mentioned it at scheduling AND if you’re going to make it a requirement THEN PROVIDE THEM YOURSELVES. I had to leave and go get my own test to turn around and come back. ALL WHILE ON CRUTCHES. truly ridiculous and unprofessional way of managing an office. Tech also made me get it out of the trash to look at it afterwards.
