This facility has a face covering requirement; however, half of the administrative personnel are either wearing the mask underneath their chins are not wearing it at all. Some patients are not wearing the mask in this facility also. They are not mandating their own mandate. I just saw 2 individual (patients) go in the controlled area without a mask. I brought it to the attention of the administrative personnel and their reply was we told them they need a mask.
1st appointment- doc had an emergency so didn’t see him. Ok, that’s understandable. 2nd appointment- doc was on VACATION and they “forgot” to call me- and I only found this out after waiting 1 1/2hrs AFTER my appointment time. 3rd appointment- it’s now TWO hours past my appointment time, it’s 5:00 and everyone is going home- and I still haven’t been seen. I am furious with this place. This is ridiculous.
I am giving these idiots 48 hours to straighten this mess out if not, you guys are gonna have a good time reading my review.
