Exceptional service! Arrived on time, extremely courteous and professional as they worked to clean my vents and air ducts. The dryer vent was severely clogged and they worked overtime to make sure it was clean and safe to use. Exceeded my expectations. Price was more than reasonable. Would highly recommend!!
The wait was worth it. I am in a rental and with a great Landlord that understood my allergies, allowed Optim Air USA to come and clean out the duct work. The difference is amazing. WOW! Could not have been happier with the family Optim Air USA team. Made a call today, and thanks to a cancellation per Kathy, son Chase and husband Tom, were at my door in the afternoon. A short time later, years of dust, cat fur and whatever else was settling in my dryer vent, was totally flushed out! Chase did a fantastic job, from beginning to clean up. Highly recommend! Easy to schedule. Prompt. Friendly. Respectful of our property. Went up on our roof to clean our dryer vent properly after another company refused to do it that way. Reasonable price. Will definitely use their duct cleaning services in the future.
