My dryer vent exits on the 5th story wall of an old factory building and Optim Air team was able to check the vents from the outside as well as from the inside. They walked me thru to verify the results. Such gentlemen, intelligent, expert service. Best I've ever experienced, and I will have them back each year going forward. Highly recommend them to you and all my friends!

Exceptional service! Arrived on time, extremely courteous and professional as they worked to clean my vents and air ducts. The dryer vent was severely clogged and they worked overtime to make sure it was clean and safe to use. Exceeded my expectations. Price was more than reasonable. Would highly recommend!!
The wait was worth it. I am in a rental and with a great Landlord that understood my allergies, allowed Optim Air USA to come and clean out the duct work. The difference is amazing. Very nice family, and Kathleen was prompt with a response when I had questions. I called few other companies and had no response from them. Thank you so much Kathleen.
