I give them 5 starts for what they didn't do! We hired them to clean our ducts, but after inspecting them, Tom said they didn't need it. And he spent thirty minutes discussing our HVAC system with us. Thanks, Tom!

Had Optim Air USA come out to clean my air ducts and dryer vent, and I’m glad I did. They showed up on time, got right to work, and were professional the entire time. My dryer vent was seriously clogged, and they didn’t rush it. They made sure everything was fully cleared out and safe before wrapping up. You could tell they take pride in doing the job properly. My dryer vent exits on the 5th story wall of an old factory building and Optim Air team was able to check the vents from the outside as well as from the inside. They walked me thru to verify the results. Such gentlemen, intelligent, expert service. Best I've ever experienced, and I will have them back each year going forward. Highly recommend them to you and all my friends!
