I have been an Optikus customer for over 10 years. Zahn is friendly, focused, very thorough and just incredibly good at her job. I highly recommend Zahn and her team for anyone who wants their eye health to be in caring and professional hands.

My husband was not informed prior to the appointment that there was an out-of-pocket cost. We had asked ‘does he just bring his Medicare card to the appointment?’. We were told yes. No mention of any other cost. We had naively assumed all eye examinations were bulk billed, as I’ve never been charged in the 42 years of being tested every 2 years. I thought costs for service were to be communicated prior to an appointment. We didn’t see any signs stating a cost either. Service was otherwise good my husband said.

First optometrist I've been to in the past 20 years that are as thorough, professional, informative, helpful and brilliant. Thank you. Have been disappointed too many times. Zahn and crew are highly recommended.
