Shaya from Optiks uptown location was amazing. I came in with a complicated request, needing to consolidate 2 pairs of glasses into one. He knew exactly what to do, amd the job was completed in a timely fashion. He remembered who I was upon pickup, amd was super friendly throughout. Great service!
While traveling to Victoria for bicycling, a nosepad fell off my glasses overnight. I recovered the pad, but my old eyes can no longer focus on the very tiny detail of the attachment to see just what happened. This shop is just off the Galloping Goose rail-trail, easy for us to pedal too, so we started our day by pedaling there. They promptly saw that nothing broke, just a tiny screw fell out, and quickly replaced it. Trip saved!
Fantastic staff
Walked in with my beat up frames. Staff (William) took them no questions asked and fixed them within 5 mins.
Steven repaired my broken hinge, replaced my nose pads, and cleaned my poor glasses after I dropped them in a river and then crushed them in my sleep while camping lol. They look good as new, for no charge! Thank you so much !! :)
