Exceptional, personal service!! My experience with Anna was fantastic. I am so happy with my new pair of Tom Ford glasses. I needed her help with a pair of transition lens and she offered great insight and helped me pick a style that was exactly what I was looking for. The lens are so well made and the transition part of the lens is smooth and I have found them easy to use. Thanks Anna!!
Stopped by with a pair of Prada sunglasses hoping they’d had a replacement for a missing screw to take home and fix. Ana greeted me and offered to help. Then Ali took a look and professionally fixed them for me at no charge! Very grateful. 👍 Will come back when up for my next eye prescription.
