They have a really good service and they’re attitude are nice
I popped into the store to have a little tiny screw for my sunglasses which had fallen out, the fellow was very kind and replaced free of charge, I will definitely be back, thanks again!
They fixed my glasses with efficient and professionalism. The service was fast and friendly :) totally recommend :)
I had a wonderful experience at Solis Optics thanks to Terena. One of the arms of my glasses had broken, and she went out of her way to find a solution. She worked patiently for almost half an hour, was so welcoming throughout, and made sure I felt comfortable. To my surprise, she didn’t even charge for the repair! Truly appreciate her efforts and kindness—it’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. Highly recommend Solis Optics and a special thanks to Terena for her help!
