Highly disappointing experience with a staff member described as a woman with long curly hair. Not only was her attitude unprofessional but her customer service was incredibly poor

The staff are so incredibly helpful and genuinely care. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new glasses. Way more options at Optiks than anywhere else I’ve looked!
Step on my glasses snd a lens came .. went to them and they happily fixed them for free ❤️❤️❤️
