The staff are so incredibly helpful and genuinely care. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new glasses. Way more options at Optiks than anywhere else I’ve looked!

Been there several times. When they had an actual eye doctor there years ago they seemed to be a little better funded/staffed. The last few times I have been in left me bewildered and under satisfied. On my most recent trip July 4th 2026. I called ahead to be sure they were able to help me with my problem. I had a screw go missing in my frames. I call and ask if they can replace the screw. Lady repsonds "potentialy. I might have a screw that fits them or we can see about ordering replacment parts/screws." End of conversation... read more
