1 star — Extremely Disappointed I’ve been a loyal customer of Optiks International for years — that is, until today. Something has clearly changed, and not for the better. The entire staff has recently turned over, and unfortunately, the new team does not inspire trust. During my most recent interaction, I was told by someone named Darlene that they now require full payment before ordering lenses — something I’ve never had to do in the past. The women selling glasses are amazing and very friendly and helpful. I'm sad to see d&a optometry not with optics international anymore. He was great with kids and being thorough. The New doctor is bad with kids and the office is dirty. We will be going to d&a at it's new location moving forward.
