Amazing staff always friendly and super helpful!!
Put transitions on the wrong pair of glasses (they don't work in cars) and tried to charge me for it. Now I've got to send them back and wait another 3 weeks due to their mistake.
The Doctor was really good. The reception & other staff where not.
My bad experience. I ordered glasses with a frame according to the shop's sample, but they arrived in a different frame that did not fit well. The lenses are well made, but I am unsatisfied with the glasses frame. The frame I measured before ordering fit well, but they made a larger one. Instead of replacing or fixing it, the store employee bent the arms of the glasses and presented them as usual, giving them back. I'm disappointed.
