9th pair of glasses from Rob! I really don’t write reviews very often, but this is an exception! Rob provides my wife and I the expertise, technical advice, suggestions and support that make our eyewear decisions an easy process. I’ve been to Solis Optics multiple times now, and the customer service has been nothing short of amazing. On two separate occasions my glasses were broken, and Rob fixed them free of charge both times. I insisted on paying, and both times he wouldn’t let me. He doesn’t just do the bare minimum either — Rob goes the extra mile by replacing the small parts on the glasses and making sure everything is perfect before you leave. I decided to give Optiks International a try after hearing good things about it from a few family members. From scheduling, meeting the doctor and getting my first ever prescription glasses; the service and professionalism was great, highly recommended. I love my new David Beckham glasses, I got a pair of prescription Polaroid sunglasses at the same time too. 😉😎 10/10!
