Needed a pair of glasses adjusted from a different place and got them done without a problem. Bella was super nice and polite, very good customer service.
I do not recommend this location. I came in today with the intention of buying new glasses. Not a single employee in the store greeted me, and as I walked around looking for around 20 minutes not a single one of them even said hi, let alone offer me assistance. I spent at least 5 minutes at the little table in the middle of the store waiting for someone to bother assisting me but nobody did. This is a long overdue but well earned 5 stars. My family has been going to Optiks for YEARS. We started at the west loctation, but eventually switched to south side because it was closer. The customer service here is unparalleled, and the south side team is just simply the best. If I've ever had an issue with my glasses, they fix it. If I ever need an adjustment, theyre happy to help. Great place tons of options on top of everything felt like I was heard . I lost my glasses this past weekend, so went in today to buy some . Sara was an absolute pleasure to deal with she was knowledgeable and respected my indecisive mind . After an hour of looking we found 2 pairs. She even hooked me up with a discount of top of things I would recommend going to see her in your next Glasses purchase. I sit here blind typing this out as I was that happy with her service .
We've had nothing but great service from all the staff at Optiks International, especially from Olga Cruz !! The service she provided is second to none !!
