Had an emergency! Lost my glasses, looked everywhere. Need my glasses for work, I was panicking! Went to this store, the service was UNBELIEVABLE! Not only did they rush order a new pair, they gave me a major discount AND fit an old pair of glasses I had with some reading glasses so I could work at no charge! I went to 5 stores before stopping here looking for glasses and could have saved a ton of time if I'd come straight here!! If you're on a limited budget, they actually have options for you. As well as 25$ off your first purchase! Workers were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
Over priced! Spent 900 dollars on their so called 2 for 1 deal and instantly regretted it! They don’t offer anything special, progressives aren’t that expensive at other places. If you’re buying out of pocket, go elsewhere!
Wonderful helpful friendly opticians! Truly generous with their time - I just needed I repair, on my glasses- Which I could not do myself because I couldn’t see without them on myself. Thank you!! Also they have an eye doctor there, too if you need an appointment. I look forward to coming here when my new job’s benefits kick in! Thanks again☀️
I have to share my experience as it started out less than ideal but due to good customer service, I am happy with the final result! First I want to say that prior to the July 2025, I had had my eyeglass prescriptions filled a minimum of two other occasions at OI with excellent results. This summer I had a pair of prescription sport sunglasses and regular eyeglasses prepared for me.
