I went to the Optics eyeglass store with broken glasses bought elsewhere and expected to pay for the service. Iqra and Sunni worked for 20 minutes to fix an arm on my glasses and when they returned them to me fixed, they would take no payment. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Very surprised to get such great service and no charge.
I called to ask about their inventory, and the person who answered was extremely rude and dismissive. The attitude over the phone was unprofessional and left a very negative impression. Even though I didn’t end up dealing with this business directly, the way I was treated is definitely not the level of customer service I would expect from any reputable company.
Had a fantastic experience here! I’ve been searching everywhere for a pair of Oakley glasses that I haven’t been able to find anywhere, the person helping me was extremely courteous and helpful (I believe it was the Manager) and was able to locate the frames I was looking for. 10/ 10 would recommend this place.

I’ve never been to a worse place to buy glasses. First they didn’t send my prescription in when they said they would. And now I have a broken arm on my sunglasses and they don’t even know how to fix them. They also are extremely expensive. I’ve never owned a pair of Oakleys so now to use them I have to tape the arm. Thank you for nothing optiks international. Staff aren’t very welcome either. I got no help trying to find frames. And when I went to pick them up there was no adjusts made. I will never shop there again.
