Wonderful service by Jessie and Sunni. They fixed my damaged glasses at no cost at all, even though I did not purchase them there. But, I will make sure to get my next pair here.

I was looking for frames for a pair of computer glasses. The optician that helped me out was very helpful, giving her opinion on how different frames looked on my face. After deciding on a set of frames I liked, she guided me through the different lens options, allowing me to make an informed decision on my glasses. I've purchased glasses from Optiks international before and it's always been a very positive experience. Thank you for your help.
Great service, worked to make sure I had as much of a discount as possible! If there was even a hint of possibility that I may have had a concern about a microscopic flaw in a sunglasses lense, they already had another set of lenses in my prescription on order! May take a while, but the attention to detail is worth it!
