Had a fantastic experience here! I’ve been searching everywhere for a pair of Oakley glasses that I haven’t been able to find anywhere, the person helping me was extremely courteous and helpful (I believe it was the Manager) and was able to locate the frames I was looking for. 10/ 10 would recommend this place.

I’ve never been to a worse place to buy glasses. First they didn’t send my prescription in when they said they would. And now I have a broken arm on my sunglasses and they don’t even know how to fix them. They also are extremely expensive. I’ve never owned a pair of Oakleys so now to use them I have to tape the arm. Thank you for nothing optiks international. Staff aren’t very welcome either. I got no help trying to find frames. And when I went to pick them up there was no adjusts made. I will never shop there again.
Their BOGO deal isn't much of a deal when you can only get one designer and one basic frame. The lady helping me got a whiff of how much my insurance paid and tried to sell me my lenses for 469$ when my frames were only 267$ they tell you that you can pick any frame for sunglasses but don't tell you until check out that it's an extra 130$ when all was done I got quoted almost 800$ what a joke. Walked out and will never return. I've never paid almost 500$ for lenses for ONE pair of glasses and I have a very basic prescription... read more
