The service at this store is absolutely terrible. Not everyone, but that Indian woman who claims to be the manager is unbelievably rude. Her attitude is outrageous. Because the lenses were of poor quality, we went to her for help, and instead of assisting us, she treated us horribly. In the end, we had no choice but to return the glasses (you can imagine how much time we wasted). She even rolled her eyes at me!
