The entire staff at Optik Avenue has come through for me time and again, no matter if it's a regular checkup or an emergency. They are wonderful - and as the extremely picky daughter of the ophthalmologist who helped to revolutionize cataract removal in North America, I would not go anywhere else.
Their disclosure form slips in that they will sell your contact information to "partners" . . . not a good start. After assuring me that everything is included in the annual exam, once they had me in a little room with the door closed, they tried to upsell me on an extra service with no explanation. They might be adequate opticians, but it all felt like a timeshare sales operation, so I walked out.

Hi Although not currently in the market for new frames, the nice folks at Optik repaired my frames (sourced elsewhere) for no charge. Tried on some great frames with the guidance of the staff. Definitely my first stop for my next pair.
