As a crazy diet person, I had all but given up on getting this weight off. I met with Susan and Flo and decided to try a different approach and I have to say these guys don't disappoint. I have now been on the program for 33 days and am down 31lbs. The weekly weigh ins and all the support is absolutely unbelievable. I feel amazing and can't thank these guys enough.
I'm down 30 pounds in 45 days. Optihealth works. YOU need to be committed to succeeding, but if you are, the plan works! I was 255 at Xmas and 245-250 when I started, now at 215 which I haven't seen in at least 10 years.
AWesome new weight loss center in Downtown. This place is really cool. Love the machine that reads your water level and bone density. Only one I have ever seen that has a massage studio in house. Super friendly and knowledgable staff treat you like family and super affordable. What more could you ask for? I would recommend it to anyone really looking for results... because they are getting it done here.
