I have been a loyal customer of Optics Plus for over 15 years. Not anymore! My daughter flew in from California and we went there to buy new glasses. We spent almost 2000$ for two pair! They offered to mail her glasses to her which they said they did. But weeks went by with no glasses and a tracking number that went nowhere. After multiple phone calls on my part, they replaced the glasses that were clearly mailed incorrectly. Went in and dealt with Trish, she was AMAZING!! I would recommend Optics Plus to anyone and when you get there ask for Trish! You won’t be disappointed!
