Friendly office. Both doctor and assistant were very thorough. We have dual insurance and they put in a lot of effort to figure out and maximize our benefits.
It was our first visit to this office and the receptionist was so nice and made my very shy little boy smile when he took the first part of the eye exam. Dr. Furukawa was so gentle, kind, and very professional. She asked my son lots of questions and did several test for him to get the best service possible. From the onset, the front desk service I received was incredibly disappointing. The lady at the front desk exhibited a level of rudeness, unprofessionalism, and a lack of communication skills that significantly impacted my overall experience as a customer. To provide context, I scheduled an appointment for both myself and my husband a month in advance.
