6/25/2025 Around 10:20 am. Shocking!!! So i went to this optical shop just to see if they could re align the arms of my bent eyeglasses and I was told that they charge a $10 fee.(uhmm ok!) . Then I asked if they could just switch my old lens to my new frame and again I was told they charge a $100 to do that. Yes!! $100, that is outrageous!!!! It is a very bad and ugly clinic, it is not recommended, I took my children to their exams in February and they told me that my children's glasses were going to arrive in 6 weeks and today we are in June 20 and they tell me that they have not yet arrived... super bad
I have been going to Optics One for over ten years. This Dr. is thorough and doesn’t let you get away with anything. Great for your health! Very accommodating schedule. Super front office.
Lovely experience lady at front desk always very welcoming and helpful when trying to find new frames. Would 100/10 recommend she’s the nicest and realest.
A very good Dr. And my glasses are a great prescription! Very good Dr.! Love how I can see better!
