My wife and I have been Opticentre (G&M Eyecare) customers for a few years now and have always found the service and professionalism beyond compare. Natalie was fantastic, and Christian is doing a great job in her absence. Bedelia, in my view, is what keeps the store running. First class, exceptional service! The most thorough examination I have ever had with an optometrist (and I have been seeing Ophthalmologists for most of my life). I was diagnosed with Uveitis, two days prior to my flight departing to London. Christian was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. He prescribed me the eye drops required for treatment, squeezed me in for a check up the morning of the day I was flying out and even managed to get me into an ophthalmologist same day for review! Bedelia and Natalie are the reason my husband and I travel from Bunbury for all of our eyecare needs. Bedelia knows the optical industry inside out. She goes over and above for our family. So does Natalie. We love you Bedelia. A total ray of sunshine Everytime we visit. I have complicated eyes and the examinations are thorough. The selection of glasses frames are fashionable. I wear two brands of contact lenses, that are the perfect ones for me. Highly recommend.
