Not attentive to a patient's special needs. Wait time was excessive and involved unnecessary trips back and forth to examination rooms. Unfriendly responses to our concerns. Do NOT plan to return. I plan to report to local advocacy for disabled.
Last month our house burnt down, and Opticare replaced my mom's eyeglasses free of charge! Really amazing support, thank you Opticare!
