Our entire experience was flawless. Reception, technician and Dr. Coles were all very kind and professional. Shelly was a big help and very knowledgeable as well, when it came to glasses and lens choices. They were all great with kids! I recommend them to anyone looking for a great family-friendly experience for eye care.
Just disappointed that I wasn't taken seriously. Friendly staff. Lesson learned. Won't return.
It's really fun here! Denise is excellent! Kathleen is excellent! Dr. Gander and the other doctors are excellent! The Optician, Shelley, is excellent! The entire experience here has me feeling confident that I'm getting the best health care for my eyes, and it's really fun to pick out glasses with Shelley! She is highly competent and super-duper helpful! And then some! Yaaaay!
