Horrible customer service. Threatening and harassing me over a remote control. They had to replace my remote control after 8 years, which I paid for when it was brand new. They have yet to send me a viable shipping label for the return which they offered initially inclined to have sent. This company deserves zero stars. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with BY FAR. There is a reason their rating is what it is. The only reason they have ANY business is because we get screwed with having to deal with them through our HOA. If it wasn’t for contracts with communities I guarantee this company would go under. Customer service is horrible. Mgmt is horrible. Do not recommend!!!

Ever had your cable stop working, call in for help, only to be told you need to pay $26 for a new remote? I knew your antiquated system was dying, but damn are ya’ll reaching to stay alive. If you weren’t attached and forced upon me by my HOA I’d kick ya’ll to the curb…Hope my $26 helps!
