The doctor is great! He checks the eyes thoroughly and explains everything well. He is very professional! However, some of the staff (NOT all though) at the front desk are straight up rude. Especially, the nurse. She seems very agitated when she is explaining the prescription and the payment. Then, they get even more annoyed when we gently ask questions. We have the right as patients to ask and try to understand as these are serious matters involving health and finances. It is their job to kindly explain everything to us cle... read more
