Front desk is competent, caring and friendly. Salesman Shawn is excellent. Knows the eye care business, friendly and genuine. Repeat customer here.
My son was prescribed the wrong glasses!!! I got excuses from the receptionists on why he was still squinting & was told I would have to pay out of pocket if it turned out he needed a new prescription. I got a 2nd opinion and found out that my son has an astigmatism in both his eyes!
Poor communication staff calling the wrong # leaving a message. Gave correct number which they had. Missed two appointments for ocular pressure reading
Excellent care with Dr. Edelsberg.
