Jerry is always so pleasant and very helpful! He takes so much time to discuss your options and what they can do to improve your sight! All the staff are so helpful and pleasant , Sandra and Dee are always so kind and helpful!
Had a good experience with the practice. The staffs were very friendly.
Jerry is always thorough with his optical examinations and never takes short cuts. He doesn’t also takes time to chat and build relationships with his clients which is really nice. All the ladies on the front desk like Sandra and Dee are also really friendly, helpful and efficient. This is a great example of a small business getting things right where the customer comes first!
I don’t recommend. I went here for an eye test. They said $68 for an eye test but ended up paying $130 because they ran another test without telling me that its gonna be extra $62. Didn’t complain that at all until I came back asking for my PD result because they didn’t put it on my prescription and they said they will only give me PD result if I have glasses done with them. In my opinion this is unacceptable and ripped off. I paid $130 and all I got is just the prescription that describe nothing just sphere result of my bot... read more
