I had a wonderful experience at Optical World! When needed, I could ask the staff for help in terms of recommendations for my facial structure, struggles with the fitting of glasses, etc. As I sat in the lobby to wait for my examination, I was met with a warm atmosphere, and kind guidance by the staff. I will definitely be coming back to renew my prescriptions. Excellent service.
I recently visited this optical store for an eye exam, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. An older lady at the front was openly berating an elderly man who also worked there. I'm not sure if it's a family-run business and that's just how they interact, but it's incredibly unprofessional to argue in front of customers.
