I went a week ago to replace the lenses from one frame to another one, the lady in there told me that if the frame brake they will be not responsable, because I bought the frame on different site, they repeat that many times, until I get uncomfortable and I asked if they usually brake it or it happens frequently, and then the manager in there which has a really bad actitud (he doesnt manage properly the store) jumped in the conversation while he was on call and told me that they do brake them and its not their fault.
