Used to be a good place, now they are horrible, how many upcharges can you try and force on people? $75 for digital glasses, $150 for safety glass I don't need, then tried to sell me transition lenses for glasses that come with clip on sunglass.... I just left.
The absolute rudest woman named Becky who is so unprofessional. We are told after my family member gets home with his new eyeglasses that he has to now pay for them out of pocket because he had cataract surgery. Only..he. ever had this surgery before..never again will we do busniess with this place.
The prices are steep but a great selection and atmosphere. Helpful and incredibly knowledgeable.
