Obviously out of business…… mail box full! Norvik and Gary no where to be seen!
Terrible service. They took my order but haven't shipped in 10 days, nor do they respond to email, or answer the phone. I can't even cancel the order, so my only choice is to challenge the charge on my CC. Very disappointed.

I have called over 100 times to get status of an order I placed a month ago. No one has ever answered the phone, returned calls or emails. The worst customer service I have ever seen. They took $775.05 of my money for an item their website listed as “In Stock” when I ordered it.
