I love the staff here and the doctor is great as well, however, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment. Every time I call they are closed.

Still waiting for my husbands glasses. A month now. The lab made them wrong and still waiting for a remake two weeks. Nice people not so the lab they use.
The past two years I have had less then satisfactory service. The staff is nice enough but they are extremely incompetent. The past two times I have gotten glasses there it took over a month to get my glasses and it was supposed to take 2-3 weeks. Here, BOTH times they either forgot to send them out or messed up something with my insurance. I get people make mistakes but why call me to reassure me you have sent out the glasses when you clearly have not? I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but this last time was it... read more
