I’ve been a loyal customer for over ten years, purchasing more than four pairs of glasses with a specific medication included. On my most recent visit, I asked them to replicate my previous prescription. I paid $300 for lenses alone—just to return to school and discover they didn’t include the medication I specifically requested. I can give a negative review if I can I did ordered my spectacles with having warranty But when I did called them to change my frame as there is defect on my frame which causes quite disturbance while wearing it which they can change that by changing that frame which I paid a lumsum amount for it because of the warranty and all However this can’t happen because they said we can’t able to change that frame for you As we don’t have it so far then why there is a warranty for it if you can’t keep that in stock Totally ridiculous... read more
