Terrible decision… what they don’t tell you is the amount of coverage you have on your frames and lens . Would not recommend!!

For someone that has been in the industry for 30+ years and is certified and I think very knowledgeable at Optics and managing an Optical, I am so pleased to have Brian and Alice only a phone call away. Anyone in the industry knows how most labs are great in the beginning, and then tend to lack in customer service. That is not the case here.
